CRACK-IT Aptitude Training Session conducted for final year students...

The programme improved students’ confidence, analytical thinking, and decision-making
skills while increasing their awareness of employer expectations during recruitment
processes. Through interactive activities and practice sessions, students were able to assess
their strengths and identify areas requiring further improvement. Overall, the training
contributed significantly to strengthening students’ employability skills and preparedness
for future academic and career opportunities.
